Spaghetti Squash Pasta
You can have an amazing, super fast meal ready for your family that is low in carbs, high in fiber, and low in calories. My 7-year-old asks for spaghetti all the time, and he has no idea it's made with squash!
Preheat oven to 375
Pierce outside of squash several times all over and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 60-90 Min.
Let cool for 10 to 20 minutes before cutting in half and removing the seeds. Pull a fork lengthwise through the squash to separate it into long spaghetti-like strands. Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper and serve with any sauce.
