Spaghetti Squash Pasta


You can have an amazing, super fast meal ready for your family that is low in carbs, high in fiber, and low in calories. My 7-year-old asks for spaghetti all the time, and he has no idea it's made with squash!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large spaghetti squash 
  • Water, salt & pepper
  • Olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Pierce outside of squash several times all over and place in a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 60-90 Min.
  4. Let cool for 10 to 20 minutes before cutting in half and removing the seeds. Pull a fork lengthwise through the squash to separate it into longspaghetti-like strands. Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper and serve with any sauce.
