Whole Carrots or Baby Carrots?
You don't have to use fresh-from-the-garden carrots, grab that bag of baby carrots and chop each one in half. We recommend patting them with paper towel if they're too wet. If you're using whole carrots, to get the perfect french-fry cut: chop the carrots in thirds, length-wise. Then, cut each chunk in quarters.
