This Air Fryer Recipe will Keep You Full for Hours, Here's How:
Adding our Natural Nutralean protein powder to your recipes may seem like an 'extra' step, but we can assure you: it should be an integral step, instead. Feeding your body the protein it needs to function is a base recommendation for any health company, but feeding your body prebiotic fiber in addition to protein? That's where the magic happens.
When you eat protein, the most-filling macronutrient, your body processes as much of that protein as possible before the remaining amount gets digested out. Prebiotic fiber comes into play here because it's super power is that it slows down your body's natural digestion time which allows you to use more of that beneficial protein.
This means you'll stay full for longer which means you'll naturally eat fewer unhealthy calories.
The benefits are immeasurable, but just to name a few: Our Nutrafam members can't get over how their cravings diminish, their appetites are curbed, and how much energy they have after following a Nutracelle-fueled lifestyle.
