Salted Caramel Cake Pops
Have you ever seen the cake pops at Starbucks? They look so delicious but are SUPER unhealthy for you. I decided to make Better Than Starbucks Salted Caramel Protein Cake Pops that are actually healthy!

1/2 Cup | Ground Flax seed or Chia Seed
1/4 Cup | Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup | Chocolate Nutralean
1/2 Cup | Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup | Melted Butter
1/4 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean (mix w/ water to make RTD)
1/2 Cup | Sugar Equivalent
1/2 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 TSP | Baking Soda
1/2 TSP | Baking Powder
1/2 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
1/2 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
Sweeter to taste
1/4 Cup | RTD Vanilla Nutralean
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
Mix well, then add wet ingredients
Spray cake pop pan with coconut oil
Work quickly to fill the pan
Bake for 5 minutes & let cool.
Mix Nutralean and Greek yogurt together
Add RTD Nutralean to get an icing consistency
Dip cake pop into icing
With icing left, add orange and red food colouring to give it the caramel look
Drizzle on top of cake pop and top with a little bit of salt
