Tuna Salad Boats


These Tuna Salad Boats are super easy-to-make and healthy. My family loves to have these for lunch or an after-school snack.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Scoop | Natural Nutralean
  • 1 Can | Light Tuna Packed in Water - Drained
  • 1 TBSP | Sweet Relish
  • 1 TBSP | Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup | Chopped White Onion
  • 1 TSP | Capers
  • Fresh squeezed Lemon
  • 1 TSP | Dijon Mustard - Optional
  • 4 Leaves | Romaine Lettuce


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix ingredients together
  2. Stir well
  3. Place on a lettuce leaf and enjoy.
