Simply Sinful Low Carb Protein Cinnamon Rolls 



Protein Cinnamon Rolls are so yummy and easy-to-make. My family always knows I'm baking these delicious treats when they smell cinnamon and sugar coming out of the kitchen!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 Cup | Coconut Flour
  • 1 Cup | Natural Nutralean
  • 1/2 Cup | Butter
  • 16 Oz | Cream Cheese
  • 8 | Eggs
  • 1 TSP | Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp | Salt
  • 1/2 Cup | Stevia

CINNAMON MIXTURE:

  • 1/4 Cup | Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 Cup | Cinnamon


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix dry ingredients together then cut in room temperature cream cheese with a pastry knife
  3. Whisk eggs, Add to dry ingredients and mix well
  4. Lightly spray muffin tin with coconut oil, Roll out dough on parchment paper use plastic wrap over it and flatten it out with a rolling pin
  5. Remove plastic wrap and spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture
  6. Carefully roll into a tube lifting with the spatula
  7. Cut into 1- 1 and 1/2 inch sections 
  8. Place each roll sideways into a well-greased muffin tin
  9. Bake for 15 - 17 Minutes at 350

Recipe makes 24 Cinnamon Rolls
