Delicious Protein Waffle
Waffles are a childhood memory we all can remember fondly. Full of sugar, sweetness and calories, no more. Our irresistible healthy waffles are the key to your new-found happiness!
- 3 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, or coconut oil (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut, almond or soy milk
- Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy.
- Beat in coconut flour, milk, Nutralean and all other ingredients just until smooth.
- Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick coconut cooking spray.
- Pour mix onto hot waffle iron, cook and enjoy.
