Delicious Cinnamon Protein Donuts

These Cinnamon Protein Donuts are so yummy and easy-to-make. My family always knows I'm baking these delicious treats when they smell cinnamon and sugar coming out of the kitchen!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup | Sugar Equivalent 
  • 1 Cup | Natural NutraLean
  • 1/2 Cup | Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 Cup | Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 | Egg
  • 1/2 Cup | Coconut Flour
  • 2 TSP | Baking Powder
  • 2 TSP | Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP | Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Cup | Chia Seed Meal
  • 1 Cup | Water
  • 2 TSP | Vanilla Extract


Topping INGREDIENTS/DIRECTIONS:

  • Brown sugar and white sugar substitute - mix together in a small bowl

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix well
  4. Lightly spray donut pan with coconut oil and put batter into the pan
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Spray top and bottom of donuts and dip in sugar mixture and serve!


Recipe makes 24 Donuts
