Easy Healthy Low Carb Gluten Free Home Made Cinnamon Bread.

In a rush to leave for work? There's nothing healthier than grabbing a slice of Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread with your morning coffee to-go!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups | Quick Oats
  • 2 Cups | Vanilla NutraLean
  • 1 TBSP | Cinnamon
  • 1 TBS | Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup | Greek Yogurt
  • 2 | Eggs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Reserve 1/4 of the batter
  2. Mix in 1 TBSP cinnamon or more to taste
  3. 2 TBSP equivalent of sugar substitute
  4. Pour the plain batter into baking loaf
  5. Pour the reserved cinnamon batter into the center of the pan, then swirl with a knife
  6. Bake for 30 mins at 350
