Lemon Cheesecake Protein Balls
Cheesecake is typically a fan favourite among everyone, and these tangy and delicious lemon cheesecake protein balls are my daughter's absolute favourite treat. She asks me to make them all the time and today we're making a double batch - so you can cut the ingredients in half if you want!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 PKG | Lemon Jell-O mix Sugar-Free
- 1 PKG | Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 Heaping Cups | Unsweetened Coconut
- 1/2 Cup | Baking Stevia
- To Taste | Fresh Lemon
- 2 Scoops | Vanilla Nutralean
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix dry ingredients together - then add Vanilla Nutralean
- Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl - squeeze some real lemon into the bowl
- Add dry mixture into wet ingredients
- Mix until firm
- Form into balls and chill for 30 minutes
