Easy Shaker Cup Eggs
The perfect way to start your morning is with eggs! kickstart to your busy day with this easy quick recipe.
- 2 scoops Natural Nutralean
1/2 cup water (room temperature) OR unsweetened milk of your choice (coconut, almond, soy)
to taste green onion
to taste herbs (garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper)
to taste cheese
Place water and Nutralean into protein shaker cup and shake well for a few seconds until smooth.
Open shaker lid, and add eggs, green onion, herbs, cheese and shake again well.
Pour from the shaker cup onto a hot skillet and scramble eggs normally.
