    1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray, or line with parchment paper.
    2. Combine 2 scoops of Natural Nutralean with ground meat, diced pepper, eggs, cream, seasonings and half of the onion soup mix.
    3. Mix until well combined.
    4. Shape mixture into desired loaf shape and place inside your slow cooker.
    5. Arrange mushrooms around the loaf.
    6. Combine 1 scoop of Natural Nutralean with broth until well mixed and no clumps remain.
    7. Pour broth evenly over the meatloaf and mushrooms, and top with the remaining onion soup mix.
    8. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
    9. Remove meatloaf and mushrooms carefully.

    For the Gravy:

    1. Strain (if desired) broth mixture and transfer to a saucepan. If the gravy is not the desired texture, you can now add xanthan gum. Stir constantly until thickened to your liking.
    2. Enjoy!
