Loaded Protein Chilli

Theres nothing quite like a bowl of chilli. Wether it's a family dinner or game night. Chilli is full of flavour, packed with protein and loaded with tons of veggies for an antioxident boost. Filling and delicious, this recipe is sure to become a go-to staple in your home. It lasts great in the fridge and it freezes well it too 


  • 1.25 lb ground beef
  • 8oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup Natural Nutralean
  • 1+1⁄2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 celery sticks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup string beans, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1+1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1+1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1+1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1+1⁄2 teaspoons salt
  • 3⁄4 cup water (add more if needed) 


  1. Brown meat in medium-large pan. Once almost finished, drain fat and sprinkle 1⁄2 teaspoon salt over meat.
  2. Add onions and peppers to pan and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine cooked meat, onions, peppers, tomatoes, celery, water, and tomato paste in medium-large pot.
  4. Stir spices into pot. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low-medium and let simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so. 
  5. Add Nutralean, mix well and simmer on low for an additional 10 minutes and then serve.

    Recipe makes 12 servings
