Key Lime Pie Protein Shake.

We love Key Lime Pie during the Spring and Summer months! It's delicious but full of sugar and things we shouldn't be having. Instead enjoy a guilt-free refreshing high protein, high fiber and sugar-free alternative: Key Lime Pie Protein Shakes!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup | Ice
  • 1 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 TBS | Lime Juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 TSP | Stevia Extract
  • 4 Scoops | Vanilla Nutralean

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add ice, plain Greek yogurt, sweetener, lime juice and Vanilla Nutralean!
  2. To give the shake that lime colouring, use a couple drops of green food dye!
  3. Blend until thick and creamy.

Recipe makes 3 servings
