Key Lime Pie Protein Shake.

We love Key Lime Pie during the Spring and Summer months! It's delicious but full of sugar and things we shouldn't be having. Instead enjoy a guilt-free refreshing high protein, high fiber and sugar-free alternative: Key Lime Pie Protein Shakes!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 tsp stevia extract
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add ice, plain Greek yogurt, sweetener, milk, lime juice and Vanilla Nutralean!
  2. To give the shake that lime colouring, use a couple drops of green food dye!
  3. Blend until thick and creamy.

Recipe makes 3 servings

Love it so much that I also made a pudding out of it. Left out the ice and added 3 tbs of lime instead of 2. Added two packs of stevia used same amount of Vanilla Nutralean, milk and yogurt, then pour into servings and refrigerate to thicken. So good.
