How to make the best Stuffed Mini Peppers
Aside from following our tasty recipe, we have a few tips that will take your stuffed mini peppers to the next level:
- For a crispier pepper: Don't pre-cook your peppers! Whether you're using mini peppers or whole bell peppers, they'll crisp up more if you don't pre-cook them.
- Traditional stuffed peppers will sometimes call for rice, which can lead to a watery mixture that sometimes reduces the texture quality of the recipe. Our keto version skips the rice, so you never have to worry about that!
- Bring your cream cheese to room temperature for easier mixing. If you forget, warm it up using 20 second increments in the microwave until soft. This makes your mixture smoother and allow the spices to really mix in well.

Air Fryer Stuffed Mini Peppers
This appetizer is so easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Packed with Nutralean's allergen-friendly prebiotic fiber, this recipe will keep you full AND help heal your gut... all while tasting incredible, pretty impressive right? Pack your peppers with your favourite flavor combination and for an extra kick, add some red chili flakes.
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 package of ranch seasoning
1 TBSP garlic
1 TBSP parsley
1 scoop Natural Nutralean
Shredded cheese of choice for topping
Mini peppers (5LB bag)
Slice mini peppers in half & use a spoon to empty any seeds.
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch until smooth.
Add Natural Nutralean and spices of choice, combine until mixed well.
Stuff mini peppers with mixture and layer in air fryer tray. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 400F/200C for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted & cream cheese is bubbling. Enjoy!
