How to make the best Stuffed Mini Peppers

Aside from following our tasty recipe, we have a few tips that will take your stuffed mini peppers to the next level:

  • For a crispier pepper: Don't pre-cook your peppers! Whether you're using mini peppers or whole bell peppers, they'll crisp up more if you don't pre-cook them.
  • Traditional stuffed peppers will sometimes call for rice, which can lead to a watery mixture that sometimes reduces the texture quality of the recipe. Our keto version skips the rice, so you never have to worry about that!
  • Bring your cream cheese to room temperature for easier mixing.  If you forget, warm it up using 20 second increments in the microwave until soft.  This makes your mixture smoother and allow the spices to really mix in well.
