Traditional Crispy Protein Pizza Crust

  • 4 cups Mozzarella
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cups Coconut Flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tbs Olive oil
  • 2 tsp spices (of choice)
  • Small Dish of Water
  • 4 scoops Natural Nutralean
  • 1.5 cups Mixed Cheese
  • 1 cups Mixed peppers
  • 1 cup Meat of choice
  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms


  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. In a separate bowl microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 2 min stirring half way.
  4. Wisk eggs and add into dry ingredients along with your olive oil.
  5. Mix your dough in with your cheese mixture and knead the dough together.
  6. Spread dough onto parchment paper using water on your hands to avoid sticking.
  7. Add your toppings and bake for 15-19 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and ready to serve.
    Recipe makes 1 large pizza or 12 slices

    Who doesn’t love pizza?!?! I love being able to serve my kids delicious, healthy low carb pizza!! It’s so filling there are always leftovers for lunches the next day.
