Blackberry or Raspberry Protein Muffins

Protein is an important part of any diet! Try something different with your protein and enjoy these Raspberry Protein Muffins. They are SO easy-to-make and yummy. My kids LOVE these and ask to have them as an after-school snack all the time.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup | Vanilla NutraLean
  • 1 TSP | Baking Powder
  • 1 TSP | Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 | Egg Whites
  • 2 | Whole Eggs 
  • 1/2 Cup | Raspberries or Blackberries


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Add wet ingredients in and mix well
  4. Add raspberries
  5. Lightly spray a muffin tin with coconut or olive oil
  6. Pour batter into the muffin tins
  7. Bake for 25 minutes
