High Protein Healthy Grilled Cheese Sandwich

There's nothing quite as satisfying as good, old-fashioned grilled cheese sandwich. My kids requested this recipe and I must say It is sooooo DELICIOUS 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Slices of protein bread
  • 1 Slice of real cheese
  • Spray olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat a tiny bit of olive oil in frying pan.
  2. Spray a tiny bit of oil on the outside of the bread.
  3. You will know your sandwich is ready once the cheese looks melted!

This recipe makes one serving,
