Homemade Healthy Hamburger Buns

We like protein buns and we cannot lie! These protein hamburger buns are high in protein, easy-to-make, delicious and perfect for summer cookouts.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Scoops | Natural Nutralean 
  • 1/3 Cup | Coconut Flour 
  • 1 TSP | Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP | Salt 
  • 1 TSP | Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup | Butter (melted and then room temp)
  • 4 LG | Eggs
  • 1 Cup | Sharp Cheddar Cheese

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Add cheese to dry ingredients (coat well)
  4. Whisk eggs and butter together
  5. Add liquid to dry
  6. Mix well until dough-like consistency
  7. Spray pan with olive oil
  8. Place and flatten on bun pan, cookie sheet or muffin tin
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes


Recipe makes 12 buns
