Scrumptios Egg muffins


Sometimes mornings are really busy, and if you're like me you want your family to have something healthy to eat before rushing out of the house. These Protein Breakfast Egg Muffins are the perfect healthy option for hectic mornings They're safe to take to school quick, easy and so delicious!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Natural Nutralean
  • veggies, cheese, and spices to taste

[yellow peppers, green onions, spinach, & a mixture of garlic, salt, pepper, parsley.]

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Mix all ingredients in a shaker cup.
    3. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 way full.
    4. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes.

    This recipe makes 4 muffins,
