Healthy Protein Grilled-Cheese

If there's one thing that children and adults have in common... it's a love for grilled-cheese sandwiches!! Who doesn't love sitting down with a buttery, mouth-watering grilled-cheese, complete with ooey-gooey yummy cheese? We sure do!! Plus, even better? Ours is HEALTHY! That's right! The whole family can enjoy this scrumptious sandwich and not only will you feel full for hours, but you'll be treating your body with 100% whey protein and prebiotic fiber.  Bite into this sandwich without tasting any guilt or sacrificing your healthy goals!  Nutracelle for the win!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of Nutracelle's coconut bread
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • cheese of choice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cover one side of each slice of bread with butter.
  2. Place bread butter-side down in a pre-heated pan.
  3. Top with favourite cheese.
  4. Place second slice of bread with the buttered side facing up.
  5. Fry until butter is browned, and flip.
  6. Sandwich is complete when the cheese is nice and melted!
